Research on contracting is stymied by a lack of available contracts. CORI is in the process of creating a knowledge base of contracts,
contracting resources, and information on organizational governance. The center-piece of this knowledge base is a public library of contract documents,
available electronically over the Internet using a full-text search a retrieval system. Non-public documents may be made available for academic
research use by special arrangement. Please contact us for more information.
This collection is made available for educational and academic use. Researchers that use contracts from the collection should acknowledge CORI in
their papers. A notice of publication or copy of papers using contracts from the collection would be appreciated.
Continuing to the
Search Page constitutes acceptance of these use conditions.

Search the Digital Contracts Library |

CORI's digital contracts library contains over 440,000 contracts and is growing weekly. Most of the contracts
in the collection are executed agreements made available in public disclosure filings or filed with a regulatory agency. Currently, the
collection is primarily drawn from filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's
(SEC's) EDGAR Database. The required disclosure filings made by publicly traded companies frequently contain contracts that are of material
interest to investors. CORI is downloading, extracting, and categorizing these contract filings to make them more directly available.
